Tinsley based shredding and archiving specialists, Russell Richardson are thrilled to announce that they have been shortlisted for two Barnsley and Rotherham Chamber business awards.

Russell Richardson have been shortlisted for the 'Workplace Wellbeing Award', recognising the company's commitment to not only providing an environment for their employees to succeed, but for also making a commitment to provide provisions that will positively impact the health and well-being of their workforce.

The teams marketing apprentice, Gracie Smith, has also been shortlisted for the 'Apprentice of the Year Award', this award recognises an individual in whom has made an excellent contribution and commitment to their workplace.

"I am very grateful to be nominated, let alone shortlisted, for the Barnsley and Rotherham 'Apprentice of the Year' award and feel overwhelmed that all of my hard-work and enthusiasm has been recognised." Commented Gracie Smith, marketing apprentice at Russell Richardson. I always ensure that I complete all tasks to the best of my ability and am determined to be successful within marketing."

Russell Richardson are hoping to celebrate double award success at the Chamber Awards ceremony, to be held at Magna on 18th October. At last year's awards ceremony, Russell Richardson were presented with a 'Salute to Business' in recognition of the company's 40-year anniversary and presented the Environmental Commitment award after winning this award in 2017.
