Our storage service includes barcode tracking and access to our bespoke portal for real time tracking and complete control of your records. The portal can be used for tracking, ordering retrievals, requesting destructions and creating reports. FREE training and support for the portal is provided. 

For document retrievals, we are able to provide secure delivery to suit your timescales using our tracked vehicles. If required, we can also provide an on-demand scanning service.

Our service includes a dedicated account manager who will tailor your service to suit your organisation's individual needs. We are even able to provide durable storage boxes if required. 

Russell Richardson do not agree with charging customers to get their records back and do not charge exit fees. We believe the quality of our service will keep you with us for the lifetime of your records.
