Every year we send out our annual customer satisfaction survey to all our regular, scheduled customers and the adhoc customers who have used our shredding service in the previous twelve months. Our 2016 survey was distributed in February, and the results are now in.
The annual customer survey is our opportunity to not only check that we’re not letting our standards slip but also to ask our customers for their feedback and for any suggestions on ways we can improve our service.
After analysing this year’s results, we couldn’t be more pleased. All our customers reported that they are happy with the service levels they are receiving and the comments made about our staff have been fantastic. We work hard to consistently deliver high service levels and believe that our friendly, personal service is what sets us apart from other shredding companies.
Highlights from the Russell Richardson customer service survey 2016 include:
- 99% of respondents said that they would recommend our shredding services to others.
- 100% of respondents said that our shredding service offered excellent or good value for money.
- All respondents on a regular confidential shredding collection schedule said they were happy with their service levels.

Although all the results this year have been extremely positive, we won’t be resting on our laurels. The bar has been raised and we know our customer expectations are set high. We’ve also received some great suggestions for our customers that we’ll be looking at.
