99% of customers would recommend Russell Richardson

A recent survey has found that 99% of Russell Richardson’s customers would recommend their secure document shredding and recycling service, confirming that the Sheffield company with a reputation built on high levels of customer service is maintaining it's high standards.

Russell Richardson are constantly looking at ways to improve their customer satisfaction and deliver the highest quality service, using an annual customer satisfaction survey to helpthem find out what they are doing right and give customers the opportunity to make suggestions or give feedback on areas where there is room for improvement.

The most recent survey was sent out in January 2015, with Russell Richardson receiving their highest ever number of responses from customers. The vast majority of which used the survey to highly praise the company for good service.

“We’ve been thrilled with the number of our customers who have taken the time to fill in the survey and have provided us with some useful feedback,” said Lyndsay Stewart, customer services manager at Russell Richardson. “We always ask our customers to answer our questions as honestly as possible, so we were delighted to see so many positive comments and compliments about how helpful, professional and efficient we are as a company. To see that 99% of our customers would recommend us, or already have recommended us is just fantastic.”

Feedback from the survey showed that while customers were extremely happy with the document shredding and recycling service they were receiving from Russell Richardson, many needed more information on other services available from the company, including WEEE, IT recycling and media destruction.

“As we’ve grown, we’ve added more to the range of services we offer,” commented managing director, Jonathan Richardson. “We need to now start spreading the word and letting our customers know that they can come to us for all their confidential waste, recycling and data destruction needs, saving them time and money.”
