The penalties are getting tougher and as consumer awareness of data protection grows, we believe the the ‘no win, no fee’ compensation claims will be on the rise too. The below advert was placed in Tuesday’s Yorkshire Post following the data breach at Betty’s. It’s the first we’ve seen of this type, but we doubt it will be the last.
